Description

Performance psychology training is built upon an understanding of how thoughts and emotions interact with anatomy and physiology to dramatically affect human performance. To take advantage of this connection between the mental and the physical, the Performance Psychology Program provides training in the five interrelated mental skills pictured above. Each skill is presented in its own detailed multi-lesson protocol and is customized for each cadet. The program is not a quick fix or a magic pill of any kind.
