CPT Andrew Visscher is an English instructor in the Department of English & World Languages at the United States Military Academy.
He grew up in western Montana and served four years in the U.S. Marine Corps before commissioning into the U.S. Army in 2016. CPT Visscher served in a variety of tactical and operational roles as a quartermaster and logistics officer, including assignments with the 1st Armored Division, Eighth Army Headquarters, and the 11th Airborne Division.
CPT Visscher married his high school sweetheart, Eliza, in 2011. Together, they have three incredible children. Their family enjoys watching/playing baseball, board games, reading, camping, and patiently waiting for the Seattle Mariners to win a World Series.
