MAJ Kyle Hunt is an air defense artillery officer with extensive experience in theater-wide air defense operations responsible for protecting critical geopolitical assets. He has completed two operational assignments to Southwest Asia, most recently deploying to Saudi Arabia with an intratheater movement to Kuwait.
He has served in Patriot units from the platoon level up to battalion staff and has been assigned to locations within both the U.S. Central Command and U.S. Indo-Pacific Command areas of responsibility. MAJ Hunt is a meteorologist whose graduate research analyzed how severe storms modify their surrounding environments. His research interests include severe weather, mesoscale meteorology and natural disasters. He teaches EV203, Physical Geography.
MAJ Hunt is married to his wife, Stephanie, and they are the proud parents of two children.
