Bailee Kosko is from Charlottesville, VA and has an extensive teaching and fitness background, holding certifications as a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) and personal trainer (ACSM-CPT). A former competitive swimmer, rower and swim coach, Bailee has extensive experience coaching both elite athletes at the University of Virginia and Texas A&M University, and general populations in swimming and fitness in Charlottesville, VA and Austin, TX. She earned both a Bachelor of Science degree in kinesiology and Master of Education in exercise physiology from the University of Virginia, where she also contributed to Division I athletics through multiple roles in the national championship-winning men's basketball strength and conditioning program. Bailee's professional background also includes hands-on experience in sports medicine, nutrition, and aquatics management, and various swim coaching and lifeguarding positions. She is proudly married to Noah Kosko.
