He is also an instructor - teaching PL300 - in the Department of Behavioral Sciences & Leadership Department.He is a Nurse Corps officer commissioned through the University of Arkansas Army ROTC program in 2012.He brings extensive expertise in crisis management, inpatient psychiatric nursing, counseling, and nurse case management. MAJ Manning is ANCC-certified in psychiatric-mental health nursing and earned a master's degree from the Fox School of Business at Temple University in 2020.
