MAJ Manning is ANCC-certified in psychiatric-mental health nursing and earned a Master of Business Administration from the Fox School of Business at Temple University in 2020.MAJ Manning currently serves as the senior SHARP advisor to the commanding general of the Corps of Cadets and the superintendent of the United States Military Academy. He is also an instructor in the Behavioral Sciences and Leadership Department, teaching PL300.
