CPT Colin Doody is an instructor in the Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering at the United States Military Academy (USMA).

He graduated from USMA in 2017 with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and commissioned as an engineer officer. He was assigned to the 4th Engineer Battalion at Fort Carson, Colorado and the 249th Engineer Battalion (Prime Power) at Fort Belvoir, Virginia prior to assuming command of Alpha Company, 249th Engineer Battalion (Prime Power) at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii.

CPT Doody holds a master's degree in civil and environmental engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a master’s degree in civil engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Missouri and is a certified Project Management Professional.
