MAJ Courtney Razon is a FA-49 operations research and systems analyst (ORSA) and an assistant professor in the Department of Systems Engineering (DSE) at West Point.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in engineering management from the U.S. Military Academy and a Master of Business Administration from the University of New Mexico.
MAJ Razon commissioned in 2009 and graduated from the Naval School Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) in 2011. She served as an EOD platoon leader and company executive officer in the 787th EOD Company. She completed company command at the Naval School Explosive Ordnance Disposal and served as executive officer and S-3 at the 21st EOD Weapons of Mass Destruction Company.
Following graduate school, MAJ Razon served as an instructor and an Operations Research Center analyst for DSE. She became a FA-49 ORSA in 2021 and served as a combat operations analyst at The Research and Analysis Center at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas.
