Mr. Eric M. Wall Director, Athletic Academic Support Center for Enhanced Performance eric.wall [at] westpoint.edu About Education Eric Wall is the Athletic Academic Support director with the Center of Enhanced Performance at the United States Military Academy (USMA). He has academic oversight for the baseball, men’s lacrosse, softball, and wrestling programs. He came to USMA in 2016 as the program's assistant director, following two years as an academic coordinator for six Olympic sports at Northern Illinois University. He has been a member of the National Association of Academic Advisors for Athletics since 2014.Mr. Wall holds a master's in counseling psychology with a focus in athletic counseling from Springfield College and a bachelor's in psychology from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts.
