MAJ Gabe Pszonowsky is an economics instructor in the Department of Social Sciences at the United States Military Academy.

Gabe grew up in Ohio and was commissioned as an Infantry Officer into the Ohio Army National Guard. During his reserve component service, Gabe had an extensive civilian career designing and developing data-intensive applications and data warehouses before transferring to Active-Duty Army service. 

Though he still enjoys tinkering with hobby programming projects, Gabe prefers to spend time exploring national and state parks with his family. His research interests include the effects of macroeconomic shocks on national security, the nature and effects of effective sanctions, and ways to strengthen the defense industrial base.
