Dr. Jennifer Popowycz, Ph.D.

Dr. Jennifer Popowycz is an assistant professor in the Department of History & War Studies at West Point. She is also involved with the Resnick Center for Holocaust & Genocide Studies.

She joined the United States Military Academy faculty in 2024.

Dr. Popowycz received her doctorate from Louisiana State University and specializes in Central and Eastern European history, World War II, and the Holocaust. Her research focuses on forced labor policies inside Nazi-occupied Ukraine and Ukrainian nationalist movements during World War II.
