MAJ Katherine Brennan is an instructor in the Department of Behavioral Sciences & Leadership at the United States Military Academy in West Point, New York.

She is a native of Miami, Florida. She commissioned as a military intelligence officer from Florida State University ROTC in 2014. From 2014-17, she was assigned to the 1st Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. MAJ Brennan first served as an assistant S2 for 1st Squadron, 32nd Cavalry Regiment and then as an information collection platoon leader in the Military Intelligence Company (MICO), 326 Engineer Battalion. 

She later deployed to Africa as a Task Force S2 for 1st Battalion, 505th Parachute Infantry Regiment in support of the U.S. Army Africa Base Operations and Security Integration. From 2018-21, MAJ Brennan was assigned to the 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. She served as the S2 for 1st Battalion, 505th Infantry Regiment, and later as the Combined Task Force S2 for the Kandahar Airfield Ground Defense Area in support of Operation Freedom Sentinel. Following her deployment, MAJ Brennan served as a company commander for the MICO, 307th Engineer Battalion. 

After company command, she attended Harvard Business School and received her master's in business administration.

MAJ Brennan married Chancey Tillery in 2022, and they have two dogs, Kona and Kahlua.
