She began working for the DCA in 2000 and has enjoyed every moment since.Ms. Hoagland grew up in a military family. Her love of travel came from the people and places she experienced while growing up in the military.She has two daughters, Maya and Rachael, and three grandchildren, Carson, Lauren and Zachary.
