Dr. Marjorie H. Carroll, Ph.D. Director - Psychology Program Head Academic Counselor Behavioral Sciences & Leadership marjorie.carroll [at] westpoint.edu About Education Dr. Marjorie Carroll directs the psychology program and is the head academic counselor for the Department of Behavioral Sciences & Leadership at the United States Military Academy (USMA), where she also serves as a professor of psychology. She joined USMA in June 1999. Dr. Carroll completed her Ph.D. in clinical psychology, specializing in children and adolescent psychology, at St. John’s University.
