CPT Marshall Kobylski is an instructor in the Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering at the United States Military Academy (USMA).

The Bowling Green, Ohio, native graduated from USMA in 2016 with a bachelor's degree civil engineering and commissioned as an engineer officer. He earned a master's degree in civil engineering from Stanford University.

CPT Kobylski served as both a horizontal platoon leader and a vertical platoon leader, and as a company executive officer in the 4th Engineer Battalion at Fort Carson, Colorado. He then served as the future plans officer for the U.S. Army Engineer School and as a company commander in the 58th Transportation Battalion at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri.
