CPT Marshall Kobylski was born in Bowling Green, Ohio. He graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a B.S. in civil engineering and commissioned as an Engineer officer in May 2016.
CPT Kobylski served as both a horizontal platoon leader and a vertical platoon leader, and as a company executive officer in the 4th Engineer Battalion at Fort Carson, Colorado. He then served as the future plans officer for the United States Army Engineer School and as a company commander in the 58th Transportation Battalion at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri.
CPT Kobylski earned a Master of Science in civil engineering from Stanford University.
