Professor Morten Ender is an American sociologist and full professor in the Department of Behavioral Sciences & Leadership at the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York. He specializes in the study of military sociology, social psychology, and teaching sociology.
After graduating from high school in Kansas, Prof. Ender moved to Germany and attended the University of Maryland European Division, Munich, Germany campus, where he received an A.A. in general education. He received a B.A. in sociology with distinction and a post-undergraduate certification in the Administration of Non-Profit Organizations, both from Sonoma State University, Rohnert Park, California. He completed his M.A. and Ph.D. in sociology from the University of Maryland, College Park.
Prof. Ender is an avid swimmer.
