The Office of Institutional Effectiveness (OIE) facilitates the degree to which USMA is accomplishing its mission and strategy through integrated planning, resourcing, and assessment. The office provides an institution-level assessment of effectiveness and is the proponent for the Periodic Development Review (PDR), serves as the MSCHE liaison office, and stewards governance, publication, and policy processes. ​
