Dr. Olivia E. Holloway, Ph.D.

Dr. Olivia Holloway received her Doctor of Philosophy from Indiana University in 2019. She is a literary and medical translator and a certified medical interpreter.

Dr. Holloway has served as course director for LP203, LP371, LP475 and LP485. She has a daughter, with whom she enjoys reading, cooking, crafting and playing music.

She leads regular capoeira sessions in the Portuguese Forum as an instructor certified through Coletivo Colibri Capoeira under Mestra Colibri. Dr. Holloway also coordinated the inaugural West Point Conference on Language, Culture and the Military in 2023.
