MAJ Rachel Kenagy is an instructor in the Department of Mathematical Sciences at the United States Military Academy (USMA). Her mathematics concentrations are in secure communications and network science, and her physics concentration is in combat systems.

Before her USMA tour, she served as the battalion S-1 for the 5th Psychological Operations Battalion (Airborne) at Fort Liberty, North Carolina, and for the 2nd Military Intelligence Battalion in Wiesbaden, Germany.
