LTC Rich Rogers is an assistant professor in the Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering at the United States Military Academy.
As a logistics officer, he served in command and staff positions in tactical and strategic transportation formations, with duty in the 21st Theater Sustainment Command, 501st Sustainment Brigade, 69th Air Defense Artillery Brigade, and 13th Expeditionary Sustainment Command. LTC Rogers’ most recent assignment was as commander of 840th Transportation Battalion, Camp Arifjan/Port of Shuaiba, Kuwait.
His graduate research focused on the cost and performance of point-of-use drinking water treatment units to remove per- and polyfluoro alkyl substances (PFAS).
LTC Rogers is married to MAJ (Ret) Laurel Miller. They have three wonderful children.
