LTC Bob Walters, an Army Reserve officer, is an assistant professor in the Department of Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering at the United States Military Academy (USMA).
He graduated from USMA in 2007 with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. He earned a master’s degree (2018) and a doctoral degree (2022) in aerospace engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
LTC Walters is an Army aviator and has flown the LUH-72A and the UH-60A/A+/L/M. He is a government service aerospace engineer for the U.S. Navy’s Naval Air Warfare Center–Aircraft Division at Patuxent River Naval Air Station.
