CPT Robert Hume is an instructor in the Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering at the United States Military Academy (USMA).
He graduated from USMA in 2015 with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering. He commissioned as an engineer officer and earned a master's degree in engineering for sustainable development from the University of Cambridge as a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar.
Hume served in the 92nd Engineer Battalion at Fort Stewart, Georgia, before assuming company command in the 2nd Brigade Engineer Battalion at Fort Bliss, Texas. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Missouri.
