Mr. Robert McLoughlin served more than 20 years on active duty, retiring as a first sergeant. As a U.S. Army logistician, he held assignments worldwide. After leaving the military, he was selected for the New York City Teaching Fellows program and began teaching in critical-need subject areas.
At the United States Military Academy (USMA) at West Point, McLoughlin has served as a system administrator for the Department of English & Philosophy, now the Department of English & World Languages, and as associate director of Institutional Effectiveness. He also volunteers as an assistant coach for the USMA cadet skeet and trap team.
