CPT Scott C. Willis

CPT Scott Willis is an environmental engineering instructor in the Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering at the United States Military Academy (USMA).

He holds a master's degree in environmental engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

As an aviation officer, he served in The Army Aviation Brigade (TAAB) at Fort Belvoir, Virginia before assuming command in the 12th Combat Aviation Brigade located in Wiesbaden, Germany.
