Dr. Shelly Pauling, Ph.D.

Dr. Shelly Pauling is an instructor in the Performance Psychology Program, one of several resources offered by the Center for Enhanced Performance at the United States Military Academy (USMA) in West Point, New York.

The Baltimore, Maryland, is a graduate of the Virginia Military Institute, Class of 2006. She was a sprinter and heptathlete during her cadetship. Before coming to USMA, Pauling worked with Special Operations Command soldiers going through their respective qualification courses. 

When she is not interacting with cadets, she enjoys singing at karaoke, watching movies, and completing jigsaw puzzles.
