LTC Stephen Gillespie, Ph.D.

LTC Stephen Gillespie is an academy professor and director of the Systems Engineering program in the Department of Systems Engineering at the United States Military Academy (USMA). 

In addition to serving at USMA, he has served as an infantry officer in the 173rd Airborne Brigade and 4th Infantry Division with deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq. He has also served as an operations research analyst (FA49) at the Training and Doctrine Command Analysis Center conducting analyses in support of major acquisition decisions. 

Gillespie is an Army brat and grew up on military bases across the world. He is married to Theresa, and they have one wonderful son.
