Ms. Suela Merdini

Suela Merdini is a physical science technician in the Department of Chemical & Biological Science & Engineering at the United States Military Academy (USMA), where she plays a crucial role in facilitating life science laboratory learning for cadets. She provides technical guidance, ensures laboratory safety compliance, and maintains a conducive learning environment. Her expertise includes a wide range of laboratory techniques, including work with sophisticated instrumentation.

Before joining USMA, she served as a laboratory technician at Horizon Medical Group, where she conducted lab analyses, documented findings, and ensured accuracy and precision. She also worked at Mother Teresa Hospital in Tirana, Albania. 

Ms. Merdini holds master's and bachelor's degrees in medical laboratory technology from institutions in Tirana, Albania.
