Dr. Thomas Judd, Ph.D. Associate Professor Behavioral Sciences & Leadership thomas.judd [at] westpoint.edu About Dr. Thomas (Tim) Judd is an associate professor in the Department of Behavioral Sciences & Leadership at the United States Military Academy in West Point, New York.He grew up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He enlisted in the West Point Band after graduating from Gettysburg College and served for 3.5 years. He has been teaching at West Point since 2005.
