Ms. Tina Greene

Ms. Tina Greene is a sales specialist, handling ecommerce and customer service, at the Academy Store at the United States Military Academy in West Point, New York.

She started working at the Academy Store in 2018 as a lead salesclerk, when it was then known as the USMA Bookstore. When the bookstore and Cadet Store merged in 2021, Greene became the customer service representative for the new store, as well as shepherding the store’s Specialty Gift Items & Awards program. She now also processes online sales and manages the Academy Store webpage for the Directorate of Cadet Activities.

Prior joining the Academy Store, Greene spent 13 years working for a big box bookstore in various lead sales and management positions. Before that, she spent 10 years in the book publishing industry, overseeing the publication process of scientific works.
