CPT Geoff Moores commissioned as an Infantry Officer in 2014 through the United States Military Academy. He served as a Rifle Platoon Leader and Scout Platoon Leader in 2-503D IN, 173RD IBCT (A) in Vicenza, Italy from 2015-2018. He then moved to Maryland to pursue his Masters in Computer Science from University of Maryland, College Park from 2018-2020, during which he transferred to the Cyber Branch. After career course and transition courses at Ft. Gordon, he served as a Cyber and Electromagnetic Acvities Planner and HHC Commander at the Multi-Domain Effects Battalion, 1MDTF, at Joint Base Lewis McChord from 2021-2023. He enjoys his Army career with the support of his wife, Emma, and two kids, Diana and Isabelle..
