Dr. Joel Cartwright serves as the Research Psychologist, Laboratory Program Director, and Lecturer for the Department of Behavioral Sciences and Leadership. Prior to pursuing higher education, Joel enlisted in the Army where he served with the 1st Battalion, 7th Air Defense Artillery (ADA) Regiment as a (14E) PATRIOT Fire Control Operator.
