The New York Blood Center blood drive, hosted by West Point, kicked off Sept. 3 at the Riverside Cafe in Eisenhower Hall.
The blood drive continues through the end of the week, Sept. 6, and will take place each day from 11 a.m.-7 p.m.

The Corps of Cadets has come out in support of the cause while U.S. Military Academy senior leadership, Superintendent Lt. Gen. Steven Gilland and USMA Command Sgt. Maj. Phil Barretto, were present to give blood during the drive.
