Mrs. Clare Blackmon

Clare Blackmon is chief of support for the Army Cyber Institute (ACI) and the Department of Electrical Engineering & Computer Science (EECS) at the United States Military Academy.

She began her government career in the Information and Technology Operations Center in 2008. In 2013, a year after the Army Cyber Institute was established, she moved there as a program analyst managing the budget. Since 2018, she has worked as the chief of support for budget, personnel, property, and purchasing and travel systems with ACI and EECS.
