MAJ Michelle Lukomski is an assistant professor and academic counselor in the Department of Law and Philosophy at the United States Military Academy. She graduated from New York University in 2012 with a bachelor's degree in economics and then completed her Juris Doctor at St. John's University School of Law. Following graduation in 2015, she clerked for a New Jersey appellate judge before commissioning into the Army in 2016.

Before joining the faculty, Lukomski served in various legal roles as a judge advocate, including chief of military justice, I Corps, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington; brigade judge advocate, 17th Field Artillery Brigade, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington; deputy group judge advocate, 1st Special Forces Group (Airborne); trial defense counsel, Fort Carson, Colorado; and trial counsel, 4th Infantry Division, Fort Carson, Colorado.

Lukomski holds two Master of Laws (LL.M.) degrees in national security law from the Judge Advocate General's Legal Center and School and Columbia Law School. She is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and the United States Supreme Court.
