CPT Morgan Rennekamp, a native of Beaverton, Oregon, is a PL300 instructor in the Department of Behavioral Sciences & Leadership at the United States Military Academy (USMA).
She graduated from USMA in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in psychology and commissioned as an adjutant general officer in the U.S. Army. CPT Rennekamp earned her Master of Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and was recognized as a Tuck Scholar and received awards for excellence in administration and marketing. She also holds an Associate Professional in Human Resources certification.
CPT Rennekamp began her military career at Wheeler Army Airfield, Hawaii, where she served as deputy brigade S-1 for the 25th Combat Aviation Brigade and later as squadron S-1 for the 2nd Squadron, 6th Cavalry Regiment. She subsequently served as battalion S-1 for the 65th Brigade Engineer Battalion, 2nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. In 2021, Rennekamp was assigned to Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington, where she served as rear detachment commander for the 1st Battalion, 17th Infantry Regiment.
Her military awards and decorations include the Meritorious Service Medal with three oak leaf clusters, the Army Commendation Medal and the Army Achievement Medal.
CPT Rennekamp and her husband, Capt. Collin Pratt, met while stationed at Wheeler Army Airfield. They enjoy baking, reading and exploring the outdoors with their English bulldog, Charlie.
