Dr. Peggy Leonowich-Graham

Dr. Peggy Leonowich-Graham is an assistant professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering & Computer Science at the United States Military Academy.
She previously served as the chief information officer for Pikes Peak Integrated Solutions in Colorado Springs, Colorado, where she led the software development of an electronic medical record system for mental health.
Dr. Leonowich-Graham has more than 14 years of experience working for the Department of the Army in information technology positions. She served as the chief of the Information Management Department at Keller Army Community Hospital for eight years. Before entering government service, she was a programmer for a pharmaceutical company. Her teaching experience includes positions at Connecticut College and Big Bend Community College, and she was a cadet for two years at the U.S. Military Academy.
Dr. Leonowich-Graham’s research focus is data quality, and she currently serves on the program committee for the International Conference on Information Quality at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
