CPT Zachary Depp is an instructor in the Department of Electrical Engineering & Computer Science at the United States Military Academy in West Point, New York.

He was commissioned as a second lieutenant Signal Corps officer in 2014 through USMA. He served as the Main Command Post platoon leader in the Division Signal Company in 25th Infantry Division, Schofield Barracks, Hawaii, and then as the Headquarters and Headquarters battalion S-6. 

He finished his time in 25ID as a network officer in the Division G-6. He became a Functional Area 26A, network engineer in 2018, and was assigned as the 10th Mountain Division (LI) G-6 network engineer at Fort Drum, New York. He deployed with 10MTN in 2020 to Afghanistan in support of NATO's Resolute Support mission as the U.S. Forces Afghanistan J-6 network engineer. 

After leaving Fort Drum, he earned his M.S. degree in electrical and computer engineering from Ohio State University. He lives with his wife Maggie, daughter Reagan, and cat Luna.
