Young Bang, the Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army (Acquisitions, Logistics and Technology), spoke to the U.S. Military Academy American Society of Engineering Management (ASEM) student chapter about the future of Army modernization and the importance of an engineering management education during a lecture Sept. 8 at Arnold Auditorium.
During the visit, cadets enjoyed lunch and mentorship from one of the Army's senior modernization leaders. Bang studied Systems Engineering as a USMA Class of 1993 graduate.
Additionally, this year’s USMA Engineering Management program has received the 2023 ASEM Founder’s Award for Best Undergraduate program and the Best Student Chapter. All Systems Go!
