Army West Point Swimming & Diving kicked off its 2026-27 season competing in the Thursday Night (Sept. 24) Showdown at Crandall Pool. The men competed against Marist, and women's team took on both Marist and UConn.
This meet marked Director of Army Swimming & Diving, Scott Thacker's first wins at West Point after taking over at the helm in June 2026. He took over the program from Brandt Nigro and is the 11th head coach in Army Men's Swimming & Diving program history and the eighth head coach in Army women's swimming & diving history.
