The West Point Leadership Center researches, teaches, and writes about character-based leadership. Our goal is to share expert knowledge on these topics to our U.S. Army and the world in order to facilitate conversations about leadership and character development.
The goal of the leadership idea press is to distribute a leadership idea weekly to USMA, the Army, and the world. It therefore seeks to influence USMA and the army on leadership. The project also wants to ensure that West Point is the world’s preeminent leader development institution.
