LTC Joseph (Joe) Catudal is a Senior Research Scientist in the Cyber Operations Research and Engineering (CORE) Team, Army Cyber Institute. He is a Data Systems Engineer with experience in tactical communications planning and operations, as well as cyber security. His research interests are in the areas of computer and network security, cryptography, internet measurement and metrics, optical internet infrastructure, and sensing systems.
