Currently, SCPME is seeking eligible Captains to attend an ACS funded Masters Program starting in the fall of 2024. This includes, but is not limited to, degrees in the fields of History, Philosophy, International Relations, and Organizational Psychology and Leadership. Officer Positions in SCPME: Most officers in SCPME have a primary duty as an MX400: Officership Instructor. The Education Officer and Special Assistant to the Commandant for Respect also teach MX400, with a reduced course load. The Special Assistant to the Commandant for Honor and the Executive Officer are full time positions typically filled by an officer selected during their 2nd or 3rd year at SCPME.
