All candidates desiring to be considered for direct-hire slots must submit packets to the SCPME Hiring Committee or upload them into TEACH to be considered for a position.•Click here to view eligibility requirements for Direct Hire positions.Officer Positions in SCPME:Most officers in SCPME have a primary duty as an MX400: Officership Instructor.The Education Officer and the Special Assistant to the Commandant for Respect also teach MX400, with a reduced course load.The Special Assistant to the Commandant for Honor and the Executive Officer are full-time positions typically filled by an officer selected during their second or third year in the Simon Center. NCO Positions in SCPME: Honor NCODuty Description: Serves as the noncommissioned officer responsible for training, coaching, and mentoring 100 members of the Cadet Honor Committee; advisor to USMA staff and faculty on all Honor-related matters; maintains all active and historic Honor files, including hardcopy and digital products; processes all Honor-related matters from case inception to final adjudication; coordinates all Honor scheduling between the Office of the Staff Judge Advocate.
