LTC Todd Arnold

Biography
LTC Todd Arnold is a Cyber officer and Research Scientist in the ACI. Todd is a 2001 graduate of the U.S Military Academy, where he received a B.S. in Computer Science. He received an M.S. degree in Computer Science from Pennsylvania State University in 2008 and a Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University. Todd has served in multiple assignments as a Signal Corps officer and Network Systems Engineer (FA26A) with multiple deployments in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. His most recent assignment was to establish the Cyber Solutions Development Detachment and serve as lead developer at Ft. Meade, MD. His research interests include network routing protocols, Internet measurements, network performance, and cybersecurity.
