Mr. Bryan DeCoster

Biography
Mr. DeCoster served for 28 years on active duty in the Army retiring as a Colonel. During his military career he commanded at every level through Brigade. He was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Military Instruction at the United States Military Academy from 1996-99 and the Director of Leadership and Command Instruction at the Army War College from 2014-15 teaching and serving as a course director at both locations. Since retiring from active duty in 2015, Mr. DeCoster has served as an Army Civilian employee with the Center for the Army Profession and Ethic, USMA G1, and now Office of the Dean specializing in leadership, character development, and talent and personnel management.

Completed research with a NATO Research Technical Group on character and leadership awaiting publication.
