MAJ Zachary Dugger



MAJ Zachary Dugger is an Instructor in the Department of Mathematical Sciences. A 2011 graduate of USMA, MAJ Dugger received his commission as an Aviation Officer. After flight school, MAJ Dugger was assigned to 1-52nd General Support Aviation Battalion, 16th Combat Aviation Brigade at Fort Wainwright, Alaska where he served as a maintenance platoon leader, company executive officer, and battalion assistant operations officer. Following the Military Intelligence Captain’s Career Course, MAJ Dugger commanded Headquarters Support Company, 206th Military Intelligence Battalion at Fort Hood, Texas. After completing company command, MAJ Dugger attended Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana where he earned a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering. He is qualified in both rotary and fixed wing airframes and is a graduate of the Basic Military Mountaineering, Cold Weather Leader’s, Artic Survival, and Airborne Schools. MAJ Dugger has deployed to Afghanistan in support of both Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Freedom’s Sentinel.
